Development and Project management includes decision support services such as site selection, budgeting, planning, cost estimating, contract administration, value engineering, constructibility review, CPM scheduling, change order management, and LEED certification. Dispute resolution services include claims consulting, delay, impact and damages analysis, expert testimony and litigation support. John Spittler

John R. Spittler, PE, LEED AP is the Owner and Managing Principal of Spittler Strategic Services, LLC. John is an arbitrator, LEED accredited professional and registered professional engineer with over 38 years of experience. He has been a contractor, educator, researcher, and consultant. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his Masters and PhD candidacy in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan. He was a general contractor/construction manager for 18 years and has been an educator/consultant for the past 20 years. His experience as an arbitrator, mediator, expert witness and a successful contractor enable him to assist parties involved in disputes to focus on practical settlement options. John has written and lectured on many topics related to project management and dispute resolution.
